EATON, COLORADO: Listen to this report from a pastor who is still feeling the impact of Pray21. "We launched Pray21 in November. For three weeks, all of our youth coupled with another person in the church and prayed on a daily basis. The campaign went well, and many others in the church were openly praying for these teams as well. It was definitely well received and life changing. Some are

continuing to meet on a regular basis and are doing other studies on their own. The church is on-board with the general concept of Pray365 now that Pray21 is over."

The greatest thing about Pray21 are the stories we receive. This is an excerpt from an email last week that almost brought me to tears. Enjoy... "Many teens (and adults) prayed for the first time out loud with another believer during Pray21. At our celebration time, person after person shared how they had never prayed aloud before, and the Pray21 endeavor gave them confidence. One student adopted

for his mom as his prayer partner. She did not sign up, but wanted to honor her son's commitment. She was moved by his prayer for her, and for the first time in her life, prayed out loud for her 15-year-old son."

Just hung-up the phone with a pastor in Romulus, MI, who is kicking-off Pray21 on March 1. Their church did it well with a four week lead-up to the campaign using the sermons on the Pray21 DVD as a teaching series for the whole church. The message of Pray21 is really challenging his church to think differently about young people and God's call on their life - that's what thousands of other

churches said, too. Awesome! That's what we wanted.

Just came back from Peru where a team of people are working to translate Pray21 into Spanish. We are really excited about the work they are doing, so we can better share this challenge with the Spanish speaking church. We know God will bless this effort, so we can meet the needs and set more young people up for success as they accept God's call on their life.

We love it when churches call to say they are on round two and doing Pray21 for the second time (some are on year three). What is even more exciting is when an adult leader moves from one church to another for a new position and requires they do Pray21 because of the success they experienced in their last congregation. That is Anne's story from Florida. Thanks for calling and sharing with us,

Anne.

SIMPLE PRAISE FOR PRAY21: Pastor Steve Dennis of Rome Georgia sent an email that really sums up what so many others are saying after experiencing Pray21. "We are seeing the hand of God in a fresh way as a church body!" That says it all. Thanks for sharing, Steve.

NEW SPIN ON PRAY21: There are so many variations on Pray21. We have seen it done in small groups that meet once a month to adult and student 1:1 partnerships that actually meet daily for three weeks. Last night 32 young people in Michigan took Pray21 materials home after choosing PEER partners. Senior high youth partnered with middle school youth, more mature believers chose to connect with a

teen newer to their faith in Jesus. Watching how this scenario plays out and seeing God bless their faithfulness will be quite a story to tell.

MEN'S MINISTRIES AND PRAY21: Two nationally recognized men's ministries contacted Christian Endeavor today to see if Pray21 could be adapted to their needs. It was exciting to hear their passion for the simple message of Pray21. One has a real focus this next year on discipling young men between the ages of 18-21 and connecting them 1:1 with a male mentor who will walk with them on their faith

journey during these crucial years. There could be no better tool for those relationships to begin than Pray21. Praise God for new partnerships!

PRICING CHANGE FOR PRAY21: It has always been difficult to justify the cost of Pray21. It is too expensive (and has never been); however, all we want to see is adults and youth pray together. The materials are simply a resource to create a structured environment that works during the three weeks and moves the prayer focus forward toward a goal. To ensure that more and more people are

participating, we have cut the introductory price of the Church Leader's Kit by more than 50% and lowered the price of the Participant packs to only $21 for two complete sets of tools - that's a 50% savings, too!

WHAT A TESTIMONY: We received word of a young lady in Wyoming (USA) who was really struggling with life in a bad way before P21. After 21 days of prayer for God's call on her life, things have drastically changed. She even became the newest State Cross Country Champion. Now, she's moving on to bigger and better things!

IMPACTING SCHOOLS TOO: A recent letter from a youth pastor in Michigan indicated that the youth in her church were not only experiencing a new confidence in God's call on their life, but peers in school are asking questions and wanting to know more about that P21 deal. The campaign is opening all kinds of doors to transform a generation and change the Church's future.

10.27.08
Looking at a new week and another group of churches who found P21 online over the weekend. Most of them were told about the campaign from someone else. The greatest testimony is a life changed. If the world of youth ministry could only remember that revolution has always begun with prayer.

10.24.08
After spending a few days in Arkansas with an Endeavor church who in right in the midst of P21, it was affirmed once again how powerful this campaign really is today. Instead of trying to figure out how to change a generation, we simply coordinate a relationship where youth and adults pray together and listen to God speak into their lives. Too simple to complicate.

10.20.08
Received a great email today from a church in Michigan telling how the students in their church were not only growing in confidence and believing in their calling but actually getting to live it out already in new ways. As they carried the journals to school, other students were asking questions. It opened doors for them to talk about God and His plan for this generation.

Three weeks is not a lot of time, but through the power of prayer and the encouragement of an amazing Godly woman, Pray21 created a chance for me to remove my mask, get honest, and learn about who I am as a teen in Christ. During Pray21, I could feel real change on the horizon, but there was something holding me back. It was the fear of really letting go and surrendering my life to an

all-knowing, all-loving God. I couldn't believe that I was actually afraid of trusting the One who had created me and loved me, but I took a chance and jumped right into His hands. Wow! After Pray21, I went on a mission trip to Honduras. The knowledge that my life had a purpose allowed me to step out, be real, and do the hard things. Now, each day (though still tough) is a welcomed challenge. I have confidence that I am God's beloved child, and every day is just one more step along the path He has for me. My life has never been the same since Pray21. The new insight that I am created for a unique place in His cause has empowered me to live my faith boldly and reach out to my peers in hopes that they might also begin to realize who they are as well. No teenager should have to wander aimlessly and constantly compromise the person God made him or her to be in order to fit into the crowd. I knew Pray21 was going to be something great, but I had no idea just how much it would change my life forever! Rachel (age 16)

06.05.08
Our first days of promoting Pray21 this year have really been encouraging. It is hard to believe that God is expanding our territory even beyond last year's reach. Let's pray for over 100 nations this year!

05.29.08
The Church Power Pack is being configured to include more materials and free resources than we ever imagined. Churches will not only get FREE shipping but save just over $100 on their tools. Everything is 20% off or more this year. We will do whatever it takes to get churches to experience Pray21 2008.

05.17.08
The news from across the Pray21 world keeps blowing our mind. Students are stepping up to lead ministry like never before. Campuses are being changed. Lives are being transformed. A recent report from a young lady who entered the mission field as a result of Pray21 told the whole story.

05.01.08
Plans are being built for an amazing year of ministry with Pray21. We are hearing from churches read to do it all over again. Our goal for 2008 is 10,000 churches participating in the campaign. We hope you are one of them.

01.17.08
Pray21 to launch in Australia on January 19. We continue to receive word from other countries across the world how this simple challenge to pray with youth is changing lives.

12.10.07
We have received word that churches in the Philippines are actually using Pray21 as a tool for church planting. We praise God for the simplicity of this message and its many uses.

12.06.07
We continue to here about church launching Pray21 well after the initial kick-off in September. Again, we want to encourage your church NOT to wait to pray with youth. Their future depends on it.

09.27.07
"It can't be this easy!" That is the sentiment of so many churches participating in Pray21. The truth is - it is this easy. Pray with youth, get out of God's way, and get behind His call on their life. We hear from churches who are already planning for major change in their youth ministry because Pray21 has created an atmosphere of student ownership for the ministry.

09.21.07
In upstate New York, USA, one church reported that of the 87 people in their congregation, there are 50 people participating. The youth leader stated how Pray21 was the resource for which she had been looking for a long time. It opened easy to walk through doors to help establish intergenerational relationships. Up to now nothing has worked accept Pray21. God is to be praised!

09.17.07
"I have kids showing up for Pray21 who never come to youth meetings." That was the report from one youth pastor in Kansas this week. He said young people were coming because it looked like the church was starting to believe in their future. Amazing! Praying with young people and believing in God's call on their life is the first step to real change in the Body of Christ.

09.10.07
Pray21 launched yesterday in 56 countries throughout the world. We have already received reports from churches who are excited about what God is doing in the lives of young people. The great news is the Pray21 will never quit - it is not defined by a date. There are churches planning to kick-off this campaign over the next many months.

08.09.07
NEW THEME SONG: Registered users can now download the Pray21 official 2007 theme song, Revolution. Our friend Greg Traviss has written and recorded an awesome original diddy for this campaign. Enjoy!

08.04.07
AMAZING STORIES: We hear from pastors, parents, and leaders of all ages how Pray21 is the answer to their prayers for awakening in their churches. They are sharing how this campaign is exactly what their youth want for their lives. Take a moment to email us (tim@christianendeavor.com) and share your stories, too!

07.14.07
STUDENTS SPEAKING OUT: Students are doing more than signing up for Pray21. They are spreading the word. More and more young people are coming onboard because they are being referred to Pray21 by a friend. Praise God for His call on this generation of amazing young leaders.

07.10.07
KEEP LOWERING EXPECTATIONS FOR KIDS: Talk shows hosts are tackling the subject of how young kids should be allowed to have sex. Once again, few national figures are willing to raise the standards to teens. Thank God for people like Bill O'Reilly who is willing to raise expectations and point out stupid.

07.06.07
SUICIDE THE NUMBER 2 KILLER OF TEENS: In a recent press release, experts once again stated that the second greatest killer of teens is suicide. It is not surprising that hopelessness was mentioned as a factor for this generation. The church must pay attention not only to the statistics but to the solutions. Young people aren't looking for more activity. They want to be activists.

06.30.07
PRAY21 SWEEPING THE GLOBE: Churches in over 40 countries have signed-up to participate in Pray21. Until the church learns to trust more than we lean on our own understanding, we will continue to loose the battle for this generation.

06.11.07
PARIS BORN AGAIN? Of course, Paris Hilton has given the world a few reasons to doubt, but is she really so different (we all can be heirs to a Kingdom)? Did she have an encounter with God? The same doubt we immediately cast upon Paris is the doubt an entire generation feels.

06.07.07
The message of Pray21 is beginning to turn heads. People are seeing that the Church is not reaching its young people as it should.  And that prayer is the key that can turn the generations to look hard at our God together.

Here’s the new Pray21 Blog, where we’ll post random (and not-so random) thoughts, prayers, and happenings from time to time. We’re glad to have you walking this road with us!
